Accounts Receivable / Hazelmere / 3-6 Month Contract / $45.00 - $50.00 / Development / Excellent Benefits / Free Parking Core Talent are excited to be supporting a National Engineering Business in recruiting a skilled Accounts Receivable professional to cover a 3-6 month contract. The role has the potential to be extended or become permanent. This specialist company is going from strength to strength, building strong relationships with organisations in Australia. Based in new offices in Hazelmere, the Accounts Receivable responsibilities will include various accounting tasks, financial analysis, and supporting the senior management team with ongoing projects. Key Duties Completion of daily payment allocations and identifying reasons for short/missed payments with a view to resolving them. Processing new account applications including required credit checks and credit risk assessments. Regularly reviewing held orders with a view of releasing within agreed time frames. Accurate maintenance of customer accounts, including credit limits, changes to customer details, payment arrangements and other relevant information. Manage month end process to ensure timely distribution of account statements. Escalation of debt recovery to external collections agency where appropriate. Monthly review of aged debtors list. Perform any additional duties from time to time as directed by Manager.
