The Opportunity Join a dynamic and collaborative finance team as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at CSL. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager you’ll help manage the full AR process in a small agile team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end AR responsibilities while working closely with company stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service and Business Partners. The Role Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including collections, cash applications and credit management. Investigate and resolve payment issues including remittance errors and customer deductions. Partner with company stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Service to resolve escalations and support customer satisfaction. Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts by phone and email. Process manual credits/invoices and support ad hoc finance and audit queries. Contribute to continuous improvement projects and reporting to identify process enhancements. Your skills and experience 23 years experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections or broader finance roles. Proficiency in SAP (preferred) and intermediate to advanced Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, large data sets). Ability to work independently in a small team environment and manage competing priorities.
