This is an opportunity to step into a Principal Product Owner role where you’ll help define strategy, drive enterprise-level delivery and lead teams through impactful digital change. The role As a key member of the Digital & Technology Services division, you’ll lead multi-platform product strategy across CRM, LMS and ERP ecosystems. You’ll guide product vision, roadmaps and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals while championing user experience and data‑driven decision making. You’ll also play a crucial role in uplifting product capability across the organisation, mentoring other Product Owners, building frameworks and embedding best‑practice governance and agile delivery principles. Key responsibilities Define and execute product vision and strategy across enterprise platforms Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organisational outcomes Lead product roadmaps and prioritisation for CRM, LMS and ERP systems Drive user‑centred design and agile product delivery Mentor and support product teams to build maturity and consistency Foster innovation and continuous improvement across digital initiatives You’ll bring: 6+ years’ experience in product ownership or product management roles Background in the education domain Experience working across enterprise technology ecosystems (CRM, ERP, LMS or similar) Strong understanding of agile delivery and iterative development Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills Ability to define value and ROI, and communicate this effectively across senior levels Tertiary qualification in Business, IT or a related discipline What’s on offer Full‑time, permanent opportunity Hybrid working options across northern NSW and southeast QLD locations Competitive salary and supportive leadership A genuine opportunity to make an impact within a values‑led organisation undergoing positive transformation If you’re a strategic product professional who’s passionate about delivering meaningful digital experiences and ready to lead from the front, we’d love to hear from you.
