About the Role As a Product Owner, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that create real value for customers. You'll own the product vision, translate ideas into actionable roadmaps, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop feature roadmaps that articulate incremental value and align with broader strategic goals. Break down business needs into epics, features, and user stories, ensuring clear requirements and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to shape solutions that enable rapid, incremental releases. Embed within delivery squads to maximize velocity and ensure effective sequencing and prioritization. Represent the voice of the customer, clearly communicating objectives and value to stakeholders. About You Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally within large-scale financial environments. Strong understanding of financial, digital, and data products, processes, and systems. Expertise in Agile delivery and familiarity with Human‑Centered Design (HCD) techniques. Ability to simplify complex problems, make data‑driven decisions, and communicate product vision effectively. Leadership skills to facilitate workshops and guide cross‑functional teams through discovery and delivery phases.
