As a Product Owner, you will be joining the ECOM team in the Digital, Data & AI division, that’s doubling down on customer obsession. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Be accountable for the ultimate success of your squad’s outcomes Maintain the vision, roadmap, goals, plans and expectations Collaborate with the other members of the squad to elaborate features and stories, defining acceptance criteria and definition of done Influence others when coordinating and engaging with stakeholders and teams to achieve end-to-end outcomes Effectively manage and support the squad to progress the work Work collaboratively with delivery leads and the squad to deliver backlog, and attend all relevant agile ceremonies Communicate and engage with stakeholders outside of the squad What You Will Bring Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a large bank/finance-based business Extensive experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with human centred design techniques Experience simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and data‑driven decision making Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making Project delivery and knowledge of the software development cycle A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
