Responsibilities Lead product delivery within a major bank’s transformation program, enhancing customer onboarding and data mastery. Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product vision, define backlogs, and drive Agile delivery. Apply strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to simplify complexity and deliver measurable value. Contribute to a high-performing, innovative domain focused on continuous improvement. Key Capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured, creative thinking Customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of business needs vs wants Excellent communication skills — able to translate between tech and business Skilled in stakeholder management, influencing, and value-based decision making Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive outcomes Resilient under pressure, with clear thinking and adaptive execution Experience 2+ years as a Product Owner, ideally within large banking or financial services Deep understanding of financial products, systems, and operational processes Proven experience in Agile delivery environments and familiarity with HCD techniques Skilled at defining and communicating product vision, shaping backlogs, and leading cross-functional delivery Experience driving large-scale transformation across people, process, and technology Strong partnership-building skills and the ability to lead workshops and discovery sessions Highly Regarded Exposure to AML/CTF or Sanctions regulatory frameworks Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
