Gettin Hectic is Western Australia's premier experiential marketing agency. We are seeking an Experiential Marketing Specialist to join a small team of professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES Create, produce, manage and deliver specialist experiential marketing projects that change how people feel about brands, products and services. Bring experience with international brands and locations to enhance our world class service. Understand Experiential Marketing global positioning and process including briefing, strategy, scoping, creative, production, delivery and reporting with a specific focus on achieving client objectives. Undertake and apply market research to identify opportunities for clients. Collect and analyse data for client customer insights. Advise on experiential marketing, such as location planning, audience analysis, bandwidth, need state, effective creative solutions, and reporting with a view to give clients actionable insights. Be an effective team player in a small group of professionals. Be an independent self-motivated leader to train, manage and support very large brand ambassador teams. Develop effective client and supplier relationships and manage client expectations. Ensure projects are delivered professionally to meet the client's expectations. Ensure all projects are managed to budget and the necessary business profit margin is achieved. Identify opportunities for the business as they arise - e.g. new business. Identify opportunities for your own professional development as they arise e.g. training courses. REQUIREMENTS At least 5 years working in experiential marketing including in a leadership role.
