You’ll need to demonstrate experience in these areas and be prepared to lead innovative campaigns, collaborate with major brands, and deliver exceptional brand experiences. Responsibilities Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, build enduring client relationships, and drive strategic, commercial, and creative outcomes. Proven track record leading end-to-end brand activation projects from concept development and client engagement through to execution, measurement, and post-campaign reporting. Strong project, budget, and timeline management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience delivering high-impact activations for major brands, ensuring strategic alignment, measurable outcomes, and exceptional client satisfaction. Confident communicator and trusted advisor, skilled in presenting ideas, influencing stakeholders, and leading discussions with both clients and internal teams. Hands-on experience collaborating with creative, production, and supplier partners, ensuring seamless execution and consistent brand standards. Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret campaign objectives, translate them into experiential concepts, and guide the overarching brand direction. Problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, able to anticipate challenges and maintain momentum across projects. Leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members, driving high performance, and contributing to agency culture and growth. Managing multiple projects and competing client priorities while aligning with team capacity and business objectives. Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and efficient collaboration across internal departments and external stakeholders. Serving as a key escalation point for time-sensitive projects and events, ensuring effective triage and traffic management to keep workflows on track. Maintaining financial discipline by accurately tracking budgets and maximising profitability for every project. Navigating shifting deadlines and high-pressure situations with a proactive, solutions-driven approach. Qualifications 10+ years’ experience in an agency environment, with a strong focus on brand activation, experiential marketing, and promotional campaign delivery. Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple clients and accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving growth opportunities. Required Skills Exceptional organisation, adaptability, and financial oversight to manage multiple campaigns while ensuring seamless execution and strong project outcomes.
