Account Manager (Brand Activation/Experiential Marketing) My client - a dynamic, creative brand experience and events agency based in Sydney's Northern Beaches - is growing, and they’re looking for a standout Account Manager to join their team. Are you an experienced Account Manager who lives and breathes brand activation and experiential marketing? If you’re passionate about crafting impactful brand moments, delivering exceptional client experiences, and working with some of the biggest brands in Australia, this is the role you’ll want to explore. Why This Role Matters You won't just manage campaigns - you’ll shape them. You’ll lead innovative experiential and activation projects from concept to execution, partnering with major brands to bring bold, memorable ideas to life. What You’ll Bring 4+ years agency experience in brand activation, experiential, events, or integrated marketing Strong project management skills , juggling multiple deadlines with ease Proven experience delivering high-impact campaigns , particularly across B2B events such as conferences, roundtables, activations, and campaign rollouts Excellent client communication - you’re proactive, solutions-focused, and trusted by clients Experience collaborating with design and creative teams , providing direction and upholding brand standards A strategic mindset - you quickly grasp campaign objectives and translate them into aligned, compelling brand activity What You’ll Own Project Scoping & Planning: Lead planning, reverse briefs, and end-to-end campaign setup Budget Management: Build and manage budgets with accuracy and accountability Client Proposals: Craft persuasive proposals and present with confidence Execution Leadership: Act as the primary client contact during delivery, ensuring seamless communication Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members to deliver on deadlines and quality Creative Oversight: Steer the creative process - briefing, feedback, reviews, and presentations Event Compliance: Ensure all legal, safety, and corporate event requirements are met You're Perfect For This If You Are: A natural multitasker who thrives across multiple projects at once Calm, adaptable, and steady under pressure Hands-on, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves - a true “whatever it takes” operator Energised by fast-paced environments where priorities shift and no two days look the same About My Client My client is not your typical agency.
