This is a dynamic and hands‑on role where you’ll support our HR team and leaders across our Clubs located on the Central Coast and Sydney. If you're passionate about growing your HR career and ready to dive in with energy and ideas, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities Support high volume recruitment for our clubs including screening, interviewing and reference checking Facilitate onboarding for our new incoming team including preparing contracts of employment, liaising with leaders on training plans, coordinating uniforms, and planning for our team's first days and weeks of their long career with us Oversee our compliance training program ensuring our team are always up to date with the training needed to do their role Coordinate training and development programs Coordinate team engagement and recognition activities Maintain our HRIS and team records Respond to team and candidate inquiries In addition to this this is a great role to learn and grow in all areas of HR with a team who is passionate about investing in you This role will involve occasional travel from the Central Coast to our Sydney clubs What We’re Looking For Key Attributes Recently graduated from your tertiary studies in HR. Some previous experience in a HR Coordinator/Administrator role would be highly regarded Attention to Detail: Highly organised, always dotting the i's, crossing the t's and having your ducks in a row Sense of Urgency: Thrives in fast‑paced environments, able to prioritise and act swiftly. Cool as a cucumber: Able to stay calm under pressure Solutions‑Oriented: Passionate about HR and finding practical solutions to challenges. Proactive: Confident in contributing new ideas and taking initiative. Strong Communicator: Clear and effective in engaging with people at all levels. Team Player: Collaborative, understands the importance of teamwork and achieving goals. As we’re in the business of entertaining people, this is not always a 9am‑5pm role, flexibility to work the occasional later night, weekend or public holiday will be required. But don’t worry, we always make sure this is well balanced.
