You’ll work closely with business teams, IT specialists, and vendors to ensure system stability, maintain data integrity, and deliver a seamless user experience. You’ll be at the centre of our ERP transformation, helping drive the transition to TechnologyOne CiA (cloud/web), optimising business processes, and supporting automation and integration initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across the resort. Job responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Technology One ERP modules, addressing user incidents, service requests, and system errors within agreed SLAs. Investigate and resolve data, configuration, and integration issues between Technology One and related systems (e.g. POS, PMS). Manage user access, security, workflows, and process rules according to business policies. Monitor ERP system health and performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues or escalating to vendors as needed. Perform and document data uploads, imports, and catalogue updates while maintaining data quality. Support automation, reporting, and optimisation initiatives across ERP modules. Participate in UAT for upgrades, patches, and new feature releases; coordinate with vendors or internal teams to deploy changes. Maintain accurate support documentation, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and change logs. Support post-implementation reviews and embed improvements into BAU operations. Investigate root causes of recurring issues, recommend process improvements, and participate in continuous improvement of system usability and business processes. Provide occasional after-hours support during major releases or incidents as required. What we’re looking for You are a proactive, detail-oriented applications professional who thrives on solving problems and making systems work better. You combine strong technical and functional knowledge of ERP systems with a passion for helping people use technology effectively. You’re equally comfortable diving into data and configurations as you are collaborating with finance, supply chain, or asset teams to understand their needs. You take ownership of issues, communicate clearly, and bring a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do. To be successful, you’ll need Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, Accounting, or a related field (Essential) 2+ years’ experience in an ERP or application support role within a complex business environment (Essential) Hands‑on experience with Technology One (Finance, Supply Chain, EAM, or similar ERP systems) (Essential) Familiarity with ITIL incident management, problem management and change management processes (Essential) Understanding of data integrity, system integrations, and database concepts (SQL experience advantageous) (Essential) Experience with Technology One SaaS platform (Desirable) Exposure to Supply Chain Management, understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay, Inventory, and Procurement processes (Highly desirable) Knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) (Desirable) Experience with system upgrades, integrations, and module implementations (Desirable) Exposure to hospitality, tourism, or service industry environments (Desirable) Technology One module certification or ERP‑related accreditation (Desirable) Skills and Attributes Professional presentation and service‑oriented demeanour Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Self‑starter with a collaborative, proactive approach Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning About Hamilton Island Our mission is to share the wonder of Hamilton Island with the world by creating wonder-filled experiences for our guests, employees and community.
