The Opportunity The Make Safe Officer will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Make Safe projects. The role will involve programming, monitoring and controlling all aspects of individual make safe insurance jobs to achieve a quality claim and repair outcome for the benefit of all stakeholders. Main duties and responsibilities Liaise with insurance clients, homeowner customers, adjusters and trades people to ensure a quality make safe and repair outcome. Schedule appointments and coordinate subcontractors, supervisors and technicians. Manage project budgets, including allocation of work orders to subcontractors. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements. Preparation of project documentation. Preparation of invoicing and collation of handover documents including all required compliance certificates. Assisting with make safe and repair purchasing. Providing customer service assistance to clients. Assisting to arrange and manage trades. Managing a portfolio of make safe and repair claims. Ensure Make Safe KPIs and standards are achieved.
