Make Safe Admin Officer

Ambrose Construct Group is a national industry leader in insurance building repairs. We pride ourselves on our ability to look after people, not just insurance claims and provide operational excellence with repairs and restoration. We are seeking a detail-orientated make safe admin officer to support our internal teams. No prior industry experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training, however administration experience will support your ability to be successful in this role. The role Upload and email documents and reports into the insurer systems once they’re checked and internal systems. Share important information with the Make Safe Team and support them when needed. Reviewing restoration reports for accuracy, spelling and grammar. Answer calls from insurers, customers, suppliers and staff – help where you can or transfer to the right team member. Lend a hand to other team members when extra help is required. Follow up with specialist trades (like builders, plumbers and electricians) to make sure reports are accurate and sent back on time. About you Good communication skills - both spoken and written. Some experience in administration is necessary. Confident using computers and Microsoft Office. Able to manage your time, juggle tasks, and pay attention to detail. Positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team that works towards goals. Friendly and professional phone manner.
