We are looking for a tech‑savvy Office Administrator who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, and being the go‑to person in the office when something needs fixing. This is a unique hybrid role – part admin, part IT support, part systems management – ideal for someone who likes variety and wants to take ownership of their own niche within our business. About the Role This role blends administration with technical support and system management. You will assist with documentation, reporting, quoting, and internal processes while also helping the team troubleshoot IT issues and improve digital workflows. Key Responsibilities Managing and improving digital workflows in ServiceM8, including forms, templates, and basic automations Providing support for Microsoft 365 issues such as formatting problems, email issues, or general troubleshooting Creating, editing, and maintaining reports, quotes, and documentation Assisting the Director with daily administrative tasks and project support Refining and maintaining internal systems and processes Handling general office admin tasks as required Why Join Us?
