PicUp is a specialist last-mile delivery provider for big & bulky items (15–120kg) across Queensland and New South Wales. We go beyond “to the door” delivery services, providing room-of-choice delivery, white‑glove services (unpack, assembly, rubbish removal, stairs) and reverse logistics for returns and swaps. We support fast‑growing retailers, platforms and brands with an on‑demand fleet of utes, vans and trucks, powered by simple, intuitive tech for customers, drivers and partners. Our ambition over the next few years is to become the go‑to big & bulky delivery partner on the east coast – the team that retailers and platforms trust with their most important customer moments. We’re still small in headcount but punching above our weight in clients and growth, and already delivering for a portfolio of household brands. HIRING: WORLD-CLASS HEAD OF GROWTH Sydney based. National scope. Start‑up pace. High pressure. Multi‑faceted role. You will be the commercial engine of PicUp. You’ll own revenue. You’ll build the pipeline. You’ll lead the biggest customers. You’ll be the face of PicUp on the ground in NSW. You must be able to: Drive new business in target markets and hit growth targets Build a tight, structured pipeline across all target verticals Run outbound campaigns that actually produce qualified opportunities Run discovery, shape solutions, and close deals that meet margin guardrails Lead major accounts and drive expansion with retailers, platforms and marketplaces Run QBRs, account plans and hunt for account expansion opportunities Feed real customer insights into pricing, product and operations Help refine GTM, segmentation, ICPs and commercial frameworks Spend weekly time in Sydney on‑site with customers, drivers and go‑lives Partner with the COO to ensure what we sell is deliverable, profitable & industry leading Report clean, accurate forecasts to the CEO/board Build the foundation for a future commercial team as growth justifies it Bring 5‑10+ years in business development and/or growth roles where you've excelled WHO YOU MUST BE: Hunter mentality Pipeline obsessed Low‑ego and solutions‑focused Take ownership rather than make excuses Strong commercial acumen Fast moving, hands‑on operator Comfortable in warehouses and on job sites Able to talk pricing, margin and economics at a founder level Experienced with enterprise and mid‑market customers Structured and precise communicator Resilient, scrappy, and capable of building from scratch Able to manage wide range of responsibilities every day NOT FOR YOU IF: You rely on inbound You need perfect systems You want a comfy desk role You can’t operate in a scale‑up environment with limited support You don’t want to build your own pipeline You sell things your ops team can’t deliver WHAT THE RIGHT PERSON GETS: High compensation potential + ESOP Massive growth upside Direct partnership and support from the CEO, COO, Founders & Business Analyst Ownership of the national commercial engine Career‑defining impact on a rapidly scaling logistics business Long‑term leadership path if you perform We have a lot of fun too, but we are building a market leading company, so we want to meet with legitimate candidates only.
