Clinical Measurement Scientist (Clinical Leader - Respiratory Science) About The Team The QCH provides the only Tertiary Hospital Paediatric Respiratory Unit in Queensland, for patients from all over Queensland, as well as northern New South Wales (NSW) and the Pacific Rim. The Respiratory Unit Provides Complex lung function testing (spirometry, gas diffusion capacity, lung volumes) Multiple breath washout (MBW) testing Bronchoprovocation challenge testing Cardiopulmonary exercise testing Cutting-edge paediatric respiratory research About The Role Deliver statewide paediatric respiratory clinical services in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Provide leadership in statewide paediatric standards for respiratory investigation services. Utilise professional judgement to solve non-routine clinical and technical problems within the paediatric respiratory unit. Lead and manage the development and improvement of the quality and efficiency of the service, and assist other stakeholders of the service statewide, and in some specialist topics, Australia wide.
