We partner with luxury hotels, host sold-out retreats and create high-end experiential content every week. We’re now looking for a Junior Marketing & Admin Coordinator who is equal parts creative, strategic and organised, someone who loves content, understands social media across platforms including LinkedIn, and can also support the operational engine of a scaling brand. About the Role This is a dynamic role blending content creation, digital marketing, LinkedIn brand building and admin coordination. You will work closely with the Founder and wider team to support marketing, brand visibility, partnerships and operations. Responsibilities Edit and create Reels, TikToks and LinkedIn video content with a premium & innovative brand feel Manage, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn Create and publish LinkedIn brand posts, thought leadership content and LinkedIn event listings Support promotion of Floating Pilates, Sound Bath experiences, retreats and hotel partnerships Work across both raw UGC-style content and professional brand shoots Assist with guest lists, retreat admin and event coordination Liaise with hotel marketing teams and external partners Update trackers, documents and campaign files Provide direct general admin support to the Founder as needed Who We’re Looking For An enthusiastic junior to early-mid level with minimum 1 years’ experience in marketing, content or communications Confident across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn Understand and apply Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn algorithms Strong organisational and time-management skills Comfortable switching between creative and structured admin task, ability to prioritise and take initiative Confident communicator with hotels partners Editing experience using CapCut, InShot, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar Interest or passion for wellness, fitness, lifestyle or luxury brands What Makes This Role Special Work directly with a Founder of a globally scaling wellness brand Shape and grow both Founder and Company LinkedIn presence Weekly exposure to premium wellness activations and events Opportunities to travel interstate for retreats and launches Hybrid career growth across marketing, content, events, partnerships and admin Real development opportunities as Aqua Sculpt expands globally Location & Availability Sydney-based, work from home Availability required for early mornings and some weekends Application Requirements Resume / CV Links to relevant Reels, TikToks or LinkedIn content Want to learn more about Aqua Sculpt and our Founder before you apply?
