Social-first mindset You live and breathe TikTok, Reels, UGC and creator content. Essential Skills Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Indesign & Photoshop) (You’ll use these weekly to create social content. This isn’t a graphic design role but strong Adobe skills are essential) Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels and UGC trends Confident using Google Workspace Solid organisational skills Short form video editing (Premiere Pro preferred, but CapCut for quick edits) Great communication skills Desirable Skills Experience with Shopify or similar Photography skills Past experience working with influencers or creators What You’ll Be Doing Content & Social Creation Create and edit TikTok and Reels. Design simple, on-brand social graphics and EDM layouts in Adobe Capture behind-the-scenes content at PUMP HQ Help maintain our posting schedule and content pipeline UGC & Influencer Coordination Source UGC creators Organise influencer gifting and follow-ups Maintain the influencer + creator database Build and nurture relationships with aligned influencers Shoot & Campaign Support Assist with planning and organising quarterly campaign shoots (both in-house and off site) Help create shot lists and run sheets Support the team on shoot days Assist with post-shoot content selection and basic edits Keep content streams full by planning ahead Organisation & Admin Maintain filing systems and naming conventions Keep creative assets organised and accessible Support the Marketing Manager with general tasks and content-related admin Sound like you?
