This role is central to supporting our content creation, graphic design, and e-commerce imagery across all brand touchpoints, ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, photography and a passion for visual storytelling. About Us Kerry Rocks is a Sydney-based contemporary Australian jewellery brand, crafting naturally powerful jewellery in honour of the feminine. Our designs are energised by ethically sourced gemstones to illuminate the unique style of every individual. Consciously hand‑crafted in our Sydney and Bali studios, each piece is a reflection of our ethos to respect and appreciate the earth. About You Key Responsibilities Graphic Design and Content Creation Researching and producing dynamic, unique visual creatives and layouts to inspire innovative approaches to be used across social channels and website. Assist with in-store content creation, capturing short videos, stills, BTS, and styling content. Support campaign execution with producing creative assets including flatlays, lifestyle imagery, and occasional video content. Resize assets for social platforms and website. Photo Editing, Retouching and Asset Management Perform light editing while providing clear instructions to off-shore editing teams for workflow efficiency. Revise and optimise product and model images for e-commerce, social media, and marketing channels. Crop, process, and upload assets into Shopify, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with brand guidelines. Manage and curate our photo library, maintaining an organised system for easy access and future use. Monitor trends in design, e-commerce, content, and social storytelling to keep the brand relevant and elevated. Collaboration and Support Work closely with the Creative Director, Digital & Ecommerce Manager, and wider marketing team to deliver campaign‑ready assets. Support day‑to‑day creative operations, file management, and design rollouts. Research and brainstorm creative ideas to strengthen brand presence. What We're Looking For Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop (essential) and Illustrator, plus confidence in Canva for content. Proven experience in photo editing, retouching, and web image optimisation, with the ability to communicate clear brand instructions and briefs to offshore retouching teams. An excellent eye for design and detail, with the ability to follow and maintain brand style guidelines. Experience in creating clean, premium layouts and artboarding for digital platforms. Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, and textures within photography and videography particularly with fine jewellery materials like gemstones and gold / silver metal finishes. Familiarity with Shopify asset management, file formatting, and content uploads. A portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and technical precision. Awareness of trends across design, e-commerce, content creation, and social storytelling (Reels, Instagram, creator‑led content). Organised, self‑motivated, and proactive with excellent time management, thriving in a fast‑paced environment. Calm, team‑first energy with the confidence to ask smart questions and take feedback constructively.
