Graphic Design and Content Production Coordinator At Core Projects, we specialise in the sales and marketing of masterplanned communities. Our clients are some of Victoria’s most visionary developers, and our work helps bring to life the places people will call home. We’re now seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Design and Content Production Co-ordinator to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. This role is ideal for a creative all rounder with strong design skills and a passion for producing quality content across digital and print platforms and someone ready to grow into a broader Marketing role. No two days will be the same, but your impact will always be meaningful. The Role In this role, you will: Produce graphic design and content across print, digital, and social channels. Including maps, aerial overlays, EDMS, video assets, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across Core’s business units including Land, Projects, Property, Corporate, and Research (GRIP). Maintain and update content across Core’s websites and social media platforms, ensuring quality, consistency, and recency. Assist in producing and scheduling creative including weekly EDMs, website, and social media updates. Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet content needs and deadlines, contributing to a high standard of visual communication across all outputs. Help streamline and improve Core’s content production processes while gaining exposure to marketing strategy and coordination. About You You’ll thrive in this role if you are: A creative with strong hands on graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Experienced or eager to learn digital content production for social media, websites, and EDM campaigns. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects across several business units. A collaborative communicator who enjoys translating concepts into high-quality design outputs. Curious and motivated to develop Marketing coordination skills, including campaign scheduling, content planning, and basic analytics.
