Brand and Content Designer

Parnham Group is a multi‑brand business with a portfolio that includes furniture retail, homewares and health products. Our brands include Relaxhouse, Huset, Level, Therapeutic Pillow Australia and a growing range of private label products. We are looking for a hands on mid‑senior Brand and Content Designer who can produce high quality creative across digital, print and packaging. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with the Marketing Coordinator and wider team. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, is confident working independently and has practical experience in ecommerce or product‑based businesses. About the Role You will deliver graphic design and digital content that supports product launches, seasonal campaigns and everyday marketing activity. The role contributes to a consistent and cohesive presence across website, social, EDMs, packaging and in‑store touchpoints. What You Will Be Doing Designing brand aligned assets across website, EDM, social, packaging and in‑store materials Creating static and motion content for social channels across B2C and B2B audiences Preparing production ready artwork for packaging and print suppliers Working with the Head of Marketing to develop campaign assets and launch materials Retouching product and lifestyle imagery and maintaining the image library Producing short form video for campaigns and social platforms Creating assets for website updates, promotions and paid media Managing multiple projects while keeping work accurate and consistent Collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator, General Managers and Industrial Designer to deliver projects smoothly What You Bring Experience in a mid‑senior Graphic Design role, agency or in‑house A portfolio that demonstrates branding, packaging, digital design and campaign work Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, with Premiere Pro desirable Understanding of print production and packaging processes Experience with product photography and video editing Confidence producing content for both B2C and B2B digital environments Experience in furniture, retail or ecommerce is an advantage Ability to manage competing deadlines independently Familiarity with rendering or 3D tools is desirable but not essential Qualifications Certificate IV or higher in Graphic Design or a related field.
