Creative Content Designer (Video editor + Graphic designer) Creative Lead (Video editing + Graphic design) Full Time Hybrid Coogee Office Muscle Mat is one of Australia’s fastest growing home and lifestyle brands, operating in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. We move fast, we test fast, and we’re building a serious content engine in house. We're now hiring a Creative Lead who can take full ownership of our video and design output and help us scale. This is a hands on role. You’ll be producing high impact creative across ads, social content, email design, website assets, and everything in between. What you’ll be doing: Editing performance driven short form videos for Meta, TikTok and other paid platforms Turning UGC, raw footage and in house content into strong, conversion focused ads Designing email graphics, banners, landing page visuals and product assets Working closely with the content coordinators to guide shoots and creative direction Briefing concepts, testing new hooks, and iterating quickly based on performance data Maintaining brand consistency across all creative formats What we're looking for: Strong video editing ability with a portfolio that shows ads, UGC edits or short form branded content Confident design skills across digital and e-commerce (email, web assets, promos, layouts) Fast turnaround time and the ability to work to performance driven deadlines Someone who understands social trends and how to translate them into high performing ads A proactive mindset - you take ownership, you don’t wait for instructions Experience working in e-commerce or DTC brands is a must have Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with constant testing and iteration Benefits: You’ll make a real impact Competitive salary Flexible working Opportunity to grow with the brand as we scale internationally Small, energetic team with no corporate layers If you want to be part of a brand that’s scaling fast and values strong creative above everything, this is where you’ll thrive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
