About Us Slyletica is a global product (mainly fashion) development agency based in Melbourne. We've launched over 200 fashion and lifestyle brands, worked with names like Cody Simpson, and helped creators, athletes, and entrepreneurs turn ideas into real, wearable product lines. But behind all that? There's an agency with heart, grit, and momentum. Now, we’re ready to show more of that online, on socials, and everywhere our next clients live. The Role This is a hands‑on content production role . You’ll be the go‑to person for capturing behind‑the‑scenes moments, editing short‑form and long‑form content, and helping bring the Slyletica brand, and our founder’s personal brand to life online. You’ll work closely with the founder, the team, and our clients to make sure no moment goes to waste. You’ll travel and capture BTS footage with the founders – China, Dubai, L.A. and wherever else the world takes us. What You’ll Be Doing Film BTS content at our studio, client shoots, meetings, and events Create & edit Reels, long‑form YouTube episodes, and content for paid ads – fast, on brand, and with strong hooks Repurpose live advisory calls and in‑person sessions into content for landing pages, ads, and socials Capture moments you know will perform – without being told Take content ideas (from the founder or team) and turn them into creative assets quickly Work directly with our founder to build a strong and consistent personal brand Publish across platforms and keep content velocity high Travel and capture BTS with the founders to China, Dubai, L.A. and wherever else the world takes us Build a lean but high‑output rhythm where we create more and overthink less What We’re Looking For You’ve edited short‑form and long‑form video before – and you’re fast You’re confident filming with an iPhone, DSLR, or whatever’s available You’ve created content that performs on Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts You don’t wait for perfect – you get moving, test things, and adapt You have a good eye, a feel for good storytelling, and you understand what actually makes people stop scrolling, subscribe, and want more You’re self‑led, organised, and love a fast‑paced environment Bonus if you’ve worked with fashion, creative agencies, or e‑commerce brands The Details Melbourne‑based – our studio and team are in Windsor Ideally in‑person 2–3 days per week (flexible around key shoots, planning, and delivery) Open to part‑time or full‑time – the right person is what matters Immediate start available Why You’ll Love It Here Work with founders who move fast and have real vision (you won’t be guessing what to make) Be in the room when actual brands are being built (and help tell those stories) No red tape, no boring briefs – just creative freedom and fast execution Access to a full studio space, client shoots, and hands‑on experience with big names and rising talent Genuine opportunity to grow into a lead creative role as the agency expands How to Apply To stand out, send us: A link to your best content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, etc.) A quick story about a content win you’re proud of A note introducing yourself and what excites you about this role (video preferred) Send it to *****@slyletica.com with Subject: Social Content Producer Application Be careful – don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
