Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of our upcoming marine construction projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution and delivery of our projects, ensuring quality, safety and commercial outcomes are achieved. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple marine projects simultaneously from concept to handover Oversee engineering design, procurement, installation and completion activities Develop and maintain project specific programs, budgets and risk assessment analysis Co‑ordinate with internal and external stakeholders, sub‑contractors and clients to ensure quality standards and timeframes are adhered to Monitor project performance and implement actions as required Ensure project compliance with WHS, quality and environmental standards Prepare and present project reports to senior management Regularly update clients on progress Skills, Experience and Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or project management Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders while working under pressure Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Sound knowledge of contract administration and project delivery methodologies What we Offer Competitive salary package includes a vehicle Supportive and safety focused workplace culture Exposure to diverse and technically interesting projects around Queensland Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast based role offering a great flexibility and work-life balance.
