Lead design of earthworks, roads, stormwater, water and sewer infrastructure. Oversee and review technical reports, design documentation, and project correspondence. Collaborate with clients, councils, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams. Manage budgets, timelines, and project resources with primary accountability for project delivery and financial health. Provide guidance and mentorship to more junior staff to support their development and career growth. Support business development through proposal writing, client relationships and doing a great job to secure repeat work. About You Degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ or working towards RPEQ highly regarded). 7+ years’ experience in civil design, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination. Strong understanding of Queensland private development and local authority standards & approvals processes. Proven ability to manage multiple design projects at once and deliver high-quality outcomes, on time and on budget. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, long-term client-partnership mindset. Enjoys working in a supportive and collaborative team environment. Values aligned with teamwork, quality solutions, doing what we say, achieving results, and always improving. Understanding of civil design software highly regarded (e.g. 12D, AutoCAD, DRAINS, MUSIC).
