APS6 EUC ICT Senior Support Officer

As an EUC ICT Senior Support Officer, you will provide front‑facing and onsite support for the Sydney office. You will work closely with the End User Computing Team and be responsible for a range of technical support functions. Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote technical support for all EUC infrastructure, including laptops, printers, mobile devices and video conferencing equipment. Supported products include Windows 11, Citrix, Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Teams. Manage and distribute the physical ICT laptop and desktop fleet, update asset registers and maintain ServiceNow records. Provide support for ICT assistive technologies and unified communication equipment (video conferencing/Teams). Coordinate and facilitate office refits and relocation of end‑user hardware. Monitor ticket queues, triage tickets and ensure prompt and accurate handling using ServiceNow. Support end users utilizing Citrix and Microsoft Virtual desktops (cloud‑based or on‑premise) and administer them with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager or Microsoft Intune. Work with the EUC Applications Team on desktop management tasks such as Group Policy, application patching, deployment and management. Qualifications Proven ICT technical experience, especially in desktop management and application patching. Demonstrated lateral thinking and problem‑solving skills. Continuous self‑improvement mindset with a can‑do attitude and creative thinking. Strong stakeholder relationship skills. Experience mentoring junior staff. Tertiary qualification a relevant ICT field or equivalent work experience aligned with an onsite support role. Judgement when dealing with competing priorities. Technical leadership in fleet management and deployments. Note This role may require lifting, carrying and installing ICT hardware.
