Overview Full‑time, continuing Level D/E position with a three‑year term as Program Director of RMIT University’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. The role offers competitive salary packaging, 17 % superannuation contribution, and flexible working arrangements. The programme is based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and the Program Director may be required to work at other RMIT campuses. Responsibilities Lead innovation in teaching and curriculum design across the flagship MBA program. Mentor academic staff, inspire students and strengthen industry and alumni connections. Collaborate globally with international partners to maintain the programme’s leading reputation. Drive impact through exceptional learning experiences and outstanding graduate outcomes. Provide strategic and academic leadership for the programme. Maintain a 0.5 FTE commitment to the Program Director role while continuing to contribute to teaching, research and scholarship. Qualifications PhD in a relevant management or business administration discipline. Record of academic and professional achievement in business or management. Experience leading postgraduate programmes or major educational initiatives. Strong collaborative approach and people‑leadership skills. Commitment to innovation in learning, teaching and industry engagement. Additional Information Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
