We’re seeking: Graduate Speech Pathologist Graduate Physiotherapist Graduate Occupational Therapist As part of a large, experienced allied health team , you’ll receive structured supervision, mentoring, and professional development while gaining practical experience across Aged Care, Disability (NDIS) , and Primary Health Care programs. You’ll provide assessment, therapy, and rehabilitation services in clinic, community, and home‑based settings, contributing to multidisciplinary care that is holistic, culturally safe, and responsive to the needs of Aboriginal people and families. The program is designed to support progression to permanent employment and a salary increase upon completion. Is This You? We’re seeking compassionate, respectful, and motivated graduates who are ready to build their careers while making a difference in community health. You’ll bring: A tertiary qualification in your respective discipline (Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy). Current or eligible registration with your national professional board (Speech Pathology Australia, Physiotherapy Board of Australia, or Occupational Therapy Board of Australia). A foundational understanding of culturally safe practice and the social and cultural determinants of health affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully within a multidisciplinary team. A proactive approach to learning, reflective practice, and professional development under supervision.
