Recruitment and Training Coordinator | Green.com.au We are growing fast and need to keep growing This role is to help us find more incredible people to join the team and then get them off the ground as fast as possible. About the position: Reporting directly to the general manager and founders of the business, we are looking for someone who is hungry and excited to be on a growth journey. Has the EQ to find the right people based on more than just what is on paper and then get them through a world class onboarding experience to ensure they are successful, fast. Based from our North Sydney office (5 mins from the station 2 mins from Metro), you will be joining a growing team of like minded people who work hard Monday to Friday and celebrate every success. Green.com.au is hyper focused on helping people save time and money as they make the switch to renewable energy. Responsibilities: Create and manage all job listings for Green.com.au across all platforms Screen all new candidates and conduct thorough interviews Use LinkedIn and other tools to find candidates Shortlist candidates and liaise with hiring managers to interview Manage all communication with candidates Initial onboarding training program (following the Green.com.au syllabus) Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline What you'll need to succeed: Driven towards achieving results to progress yourself and the organisation Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market Highly motivated and outcome driven, who thrives in a fast-paced team environment You enjoy sales (selling Green.com.au), are not afraid to pick up the phone About Green.com.au: Green.com.au was started by brothers David and Jonathan Green who saw an opportunity for a fresh approach to the solar and battery industry.
