What does the job look like? Linfox partners with leading resources and industrial companies, delivering specialised logistics services nationwide. As a Training and Compliance Coordinator, you’ll provide crucial administrative support and coordination for the training and compliance needs of Linfox employees and sub‑contractor partners. This role is available as a part‑time job share arrangement for 3 days per week, making it ideal for an administrative, safety or customer service professional seeking flexibility and career development. Key areas Onboard new workers and manage inductions Organise role‑specific training requirements and compliance audits Assist in developing training materials and record maintenance Investigate and resolve training‑related issues Conduct site‑specific training, including inductions Are you the one?
