To find out more visit our website at Lead and deliver training programs for Aviation Protection Officers at Hobart Airport Ensure compliance with aviation security standards and drive continuous improvement Work with an industry leader and employer of choice About the role MSS Security is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Aviation Training and Compliance Coordinator to drive compliance and continuous improvement across our accredited operations at Hobart Airport. Reporting to the General Manager of Aviation, this role is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience delivering training and ensuring compliance in aviation or security services. Your duties in this role will be and not limited to: Responsibilities Coordinate, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for Aviation Protection Officers and Security Services. Evaluate learning initiatives to ensure they meet business objectives, enhance capabilities, and address individual needs. Prepare, maintain, and submit training and assessment documentation promptly and accurately. Ensure all training programs comply with Standards for Registered Training Organisations and aviation security regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service. Monitor compliance across operations and recommend process improvements to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in training and compliance within aviation or security services. Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards in aviation security. Tasmanian Security Licence. Valid First Aid Certificate. Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC). Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or equivalent). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
