Based from our North Sydney office (2 mins from the metro and station), you will be joining a growing team of like-minded people who work hard Monday to Friday and celebrate every success. Ensure a strong professional, open and honest relationship exists with Green.com.au and our customers. Responsibilities Provide a high level of service to our customers. Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls. Drive positive customer outcomes. Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers and installers. Manage customer data with our in-house CRM. Support customers with post-sale queries. Communicate and maintain strong relationships with our partners. Respond to customer queries and questions with lightspeed. Clearly and quickly identify any problems and assist to find solutions. Learn and grow within the role to chase your best everyday.
