Duties and Responsibilities include: Ensuring a positive experience to all valued customers. Answering telephone, taking enquiries and making bookings. Answering emails and online bookings. Providing customer service with all bookings, explaining all options and terms and conditions. Ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Completing damage reports for vehicles going outand returning. Report to manager.
