National Auto Glass Supplies – Newcastle NSW NationalAuto Glass Supplies is Australia and New Zealand’s premier importer and wholesaler of automotive glass products. We are currently seeking a self‑motivated individual to join our team as a full‑time Customer Service Representative, working out of our distribution centre in Newcastle, NSW. Role Overview As our Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be to provide a high level of service to our customers by fulfilling customer needs and attending to customer queries via phone, email or face‑to‑face. Key Accountabilities Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers Interacting in a polite and positive manner with customers face‑to‑face Processing orders, invoices, and payments Resolving customer complaints, and providing appropriate solutions Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Taking the extra mile to engage customers Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a customer service representative Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive ‘can do’ attitude Proficient computer skills Previous administration experience is highly regarded, however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
