Design and develop electronic systems that meet functional, performance and compliance goals within cost constraints. Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, leading and reviewing documentation across the team. Lead research into new technologies, translating findings into technical strategies and coaching others on complex system-level problem-solving. Drive cross-disciplinary collaboration, anticipating component selection issues and reducing long-term sourcing and design risk. Who You Are A proactive leader with 8-10+ years of professional experience in electronic hardware design, including embedded and mixed-signal systems. Proven track record of designing microcontroller-based systems, power supplies (DC/DC, PoE, USB-C PD desirable), high-speed digital interfaces (USB, Ethernet), moderate LV power switching (48V, 10A), DDR3 memory interfacing and GbE interfacing. Deep knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (EMC/EMI, safety standards, ESD protection, ingress protection).
