Actively engage with volunteers, staff, NDIS participants & Aged Care clients. Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders. Maintain an understanding and awareness of key issues impacting NDIS & Aged Care participants. Assist and coordinate the recruitment, training, and orientation for new staff. Provide ongoing support to the Director, other office staff. Collate and report legal records in accordance with stakeholder obligations. Assist and maintain rostering portal to ensure all information and data is current and accurate, including some rostering. Actively participate in projects, initiatives, and community engagement events. About You: High level personal presentation and punctuality High level of Customer Service Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Organisational, planning, time management skills with attention to detail High level of computer literacy in using a range of Microsoft Office computer databases #J-18808-Ljbffr
