Job Type: Permanent position | Casual position Job Description Looking for Support Workers in Taree and surrounds who can treat customers as individuals and think outside the box to help them in their unique circumstances. As a Support Worker, you will create an environment where customers choice is paramount in a supported independent living (SIL) or community setting. This means helping our customers to build and live the life they choose. Each house/setting has a different personality and rhythm. Casual positions available above the award and penalty rates salary packaging equals more in your take home pay rewards program that recognises your achievements strong focus on wellbeing grow your career through mentoring and professional development opportunities variety of shifts available as we work 24/7. Must have experience helping people to live their best lives, this might be in disability services or aged care but could also be retail, customer service or similar. The more you are available, the more work we can offer as we have day, afternoon, evening, night and weekend shifts available. Have a valid Drivers C class licence and willingness to transport customers, understand NDIS services and programs while helpful though not essential. Tasks could include personal care and medication administration, using manual handling equipment to support clients with movement Accompanying to appointments and adhering to specialist plans.
