This is a senior role for an AI visionary who has hands‑on experience architecting delivering and operationalising AI / ML systems at enterprise scale. Youll be the strategic AI architect shaping our AI roadmap across platforms products and operations balancing innovation pace of delivery governance and ethics. This isnt about theory; its about real‑world AI that delivers business impact. What Youll Own : Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI / ML solutions across the enterprise. Establish robust AI frameworks patterns and governance to enable safe ethical innovation. Partner with Business Leaders Domain Architects and Data / ML leaders to identify and prioritise strategic AI capabilities and their technical enablement. Drive the evolution of AI capabilities from prototype to production at scale. Lead or guide design for high-impact AI‑enabled initiatives and platforms. What You Bring : Proven track record as an AI / ML architect or technical leader with experience deploying AI solutions in complex high‑scale environments. Deep expertise in AI / ML technologies cloud‑native architectures (preferably AWS) and data‑driven decision‑making with exceptional problem‑solving ability. Ability to re‑imagine solutions with an AI‑First approach. Strong leadership skills and experience influencing cross‑functional teams and senior leadership. Passion for innovation a builders mindset and the courage to challenge established norms. Commitment to responsible AI ethics and governance.
