PAN-Tribal Asset Management is a boutique financial services firm. A client-centric focus is at the heart of our business and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our growing business. The role will suit an individual with a minimum of 5 to 7 years’ industry experience who possesses a sound understanding of the financial advisory / wholesale funds management marketplace. The suitable candidate will be looking for an opportunity to lead and mentor a small team as well as develop personally in an autonomous role that will give them exposure to the many facets of running a boutique financial services business. Core Competencies 5-7 years’ industry experience, with a sound understanding of the financial advisory / wholesale funds management marketplace. Client services, product management and/or operational experience demonstrating familiarity with the appropriate regulatory and legislative environment. Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills, with strong attention to detail and significant experience managing data and working with Excel based models. An aptitude for learning and working with CRM databases (Salesforce preferred). A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to embrace new challenges and work autonomously in an environment where accountability will be fostered and encouraged. Experience leading a team or mentoring peers will be viewed favourably. Key Responsibilities Liaison with key service providers across custody, unit registry, and investment management functions. Provision of accurate and timely investment information to research houses, consultants and platforms, including input to marketing collateral for a suite of products across various asset classes. Oversight of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes, and dissemination of investment data to third parties. Preparation of consolidated sales reporting information and monthly upload into CRM database. Responsibility for product and organisational compliance including offer documentation and AFSL licensing obligations. Ad hoc project work supporting senior management as required. Provision of mentoring and leadership to Client Services colleagues.
