Senior Associate, Operations & Oversight (Listed & Quoted Products) We are seeking a Senior Associate, Operations & Oversight (Listed & Quoted Products) to join our Corporate Trustee Services team. Reporting to the Manager, Operations & Oversight, this role is pivotal in supporting operational functions for our extensive client base and managed funds, with a particular focus on listed and quoted products. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations professional who thrives on managing complex reporting obligations, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about continuous improvement in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Complete operational tasks including filings with service providers, regulatory authorities, stock exchanges (ASX, CBOE), and government bodies. Complete and lodge regular reporting obligations to the ASX and CBOE for listed and quoted products. Maintain records to plan and track the completeness of required Exchange lodgements. Support the Senior Manager, Listed and Quoted Products, in operational requirements. Participate in the set‑up of managed investment schemes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with fund‑related expenses/invoices and support the team in ad‑hoc tasks. Liaise with ASX and CBOE stakeholders on operational and reporting matters. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and clients. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, legislation, and manage risk within the business unit. What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience within the managed funds industry - fund administration, custody, and investment operations highly regarded. Experience in operational matters of listed and/or quoted funds. Knowledge of, or experience with, ASX and CBOE listing rules and reporting requirements. Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines and strong attention to detail. Continuous improvement mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills. Competent use of the Microsoft Office suite. Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance, experience working in Fund Administration. What we offer A warm, open, and supportive culture.
