Senior Associate, Operations & Oversight Join to apply for the Senior Associate, Operations & Oversight role at Equity Trustees We are seeking a Senior Associate, Operations & Oversight to join our Corporate Trustee Services team. Reporting to the Manager, Operations & Oversight, this role is central to supporting operational functions across our extensive client base and managed funds. Key Responsibilities Complete regular operational tasks including filings with service providers, regulatory authorities, or government bodies. Participate in the set‑up of managed investment schemes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Assist with custody and bank account openings for managed funds. Manage ongoing operational requirements such as market account renewals and overseas tax relief documentation. Assist with fund‑related expenses/payments and support the team in ad‑hoc tasks. Maintain procedure documentation and contribute to process improvement. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and participate in broader business projects. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation, and manage risk within the business unit. What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience within the managed funds industry – fund administration, custody, and investment operations highly regarded. Ability to complete set tasks fully and accurately, with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Continuous improvement mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. Competent use of the Microsoft Office suite. Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance, with experience working in Fund Administration. What We Offer A warm, open, and supportive culture.
