The Opportunity We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Level 4 - Team Leade r to assist our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) services in Bathurst .This role is about leading from within, engaging and empowering frontline teams to deliver high-quality support. You’ll bridge service delivery with corporate functions like HR, IT, Risk, and Workforce Planning, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships between head office and frontline staff. The role will involve : Leading frontline teams, ensuring clear communication and shared goals. Aligning rosters with operational demands Address staffing challenges to meet business needs. Mentoring teams, ensuring policy compliance. Supervising staff and volunteers on complex tasks. Implementing procurement and finance policies smoothly. Balancing budget and resource needs. Building strong networks with stakeholders. Coordinating service delivery with corporate initiatives. Working with corporate services like Finance, IT, and WHS. To be successful in the Level 4 - Team Leader role, candidates must have the following : A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Services, or a related field. Experience in leading cross‑functional teams and managing operational alignment between corporate and service functions. Ability to manage and plan work autonomously and exercise judgment in problem‑solving and decision‑making. Compliance Knowledge : Familiarity with legislation, compliance, and quality standards relevant to service delivery and corporate operations.
