Overview We’re looking for a reliable, organised Project Delivery Coordinator who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate confidently with suppliers and clients, and stay calm when things get busy. If you’re good at problem-solving, juggling deadlines, and keeping everyone in the loop, you’ll fit in well here. The role You’ll manage project delivery, coordinating suppliers, production partners, transport, installations, repairs, and customer updates. You’ll also lead a small order processing team, supporting them day-to-day and making sure orders are accurate, on time, and aligned with project delivery requirements. Ideal candidate Jumps on the phone easily Works well under tight timeframes Keeps things organised and accurate Has a strong understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel, along with experience using an ERP What you’ll be doing Project Coordination Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple jobs Keep timelines and budgets on track Stay across production, assembly, and installation needs Team Support Lead and support a small order processing team Review accuracy, timelines, and workflow Jump in to help when the team is busy Production / Installation (Must Have) Work with production/installation partners (manufacturing, onsite fit-out) Understand how components are built into a complete product Identify issues early and keep projects moving Raise and track purchase orders Confirm details and delivery dates Maintain accurate records and updates Book transport and installers Coordinate site access and timing Customer Support Update clients regularly Handle inquiries by phone and email Resolve issues confidently and quickly Repairs & Warranty Manage warranty and chargeable repairs Keep clients informed of progress The Team You will be part of a close-knit team who work together to achieve delivery success for our clients and enjoys celebrating the wins along the way.
