Senior Project Coordinator, Indigo Delivery and Data Branch Join to apply for the Senior Project Coordinator, Indigo Delivery and Data Branch role at Australian Electoral Commission . As a Project Coordinator within the Indigo Release 2 Delivery Section, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic objectives and organisational priorities of the section/branch by providing delivery leadership, administrative support, collaborating and communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring rigorous governance reporting and record‑keeping. The role is responsible for undertaking work that is moderately complex to complex and/or sensitive in nature, under limited direction, utilising expertise and knowledge within the area of operational project and programme delivery. Required skills and experience Demonstrated work experience in a project, management or business administration role. Experience managing high volumes of work and competing priorities, delivering high‑quality work to agreed standards and timeframes. Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority. Well‑developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships and use professional judgement to communicate decisions and manage stakeholder expectations. High integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters. Ability to work autonomously and a strong commitment to working harmoniously within a team to achieve positive results and support the AEC’s strategic direction. Proficiency in using IT tools to maintain project/program records and information (e.g. MS Suite, electronic record management system, Azure DevOps, etc.). Tertiary qualifications and/or an industry‑recognised certification in Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a similar field. Experience providing administrative support for a program/project in the Federal government context. Experience providing administrative support to an Information and Communications Technology program/project. Experience in Agile ways of working, such as SCRUM or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). In the Indigo Build Delivery section the role requires workforce management skills.
