Mental Health Clinicians - Community Mental Health Join to apply for the Mental Health Clinicians - Community Mental Health role at Western Health About the Role We are expanding our community mental health workforce and have multiple opportunities for Mental Health Clinicians to join our Case Management, Intake, Intensive Support Program (ISP) and Acute Community Intervention Service (ACIS) teams. These roles provide a balance of clinical work, assessment, care coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will support consumers with a range of mental health needs while working in a welcoming, supportive team environment. What You’ll Be Doing Providing recovery-focused clinical assessment and intervention Coordinating care and working closely with families, carers and other providers Completing timely, accurate documentation across key platforms Contributing to team-based activities and maintaining a positive team culture Meeting KPIs consistent with tertiary mental health services What You’ll Bring Relevant qualification and registration (Nursing, Social Work, OT or Psychology) Minimum 2 years mental health experience Strong assessment, communication and engagement skills Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic community setting Location and Employment Details Location: Multiple Western Health Sites (not yet determined) Employment Type: Ongoing, Full Time Salary: RPN3 / OT2 / SW2 / P2 (Open to Multiple Disciplines) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging About Western Health Western Health is one of the largest healthcare providers in Victoria, caring for a diverse and growing community.
