Our client Procon Developments (Aus) Pty Ltd (ABN ) is seeking a motivated Fast‑Food Manager to lead day‑to‑day counter service operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer experiences in a high‑turnover environment. The role is permanent and full‑time, located in their new roadhouse based in Northam, WA. Benefits Permanent full‑time position Attractive salary of $77,000 to $80,000 pa offered to the right candidate pending on experience Work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. Task & responsibilities Decide and maintain the appropriate product range, stock levels and service standards for the Roadhouse Restaurant Develop and implement purchasing, pricing and basic promotional strategies to achieve commercial targets Promote and upsell food and beverage offers to customers and provide product guidance when needed Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and daily financial transactions Prepare and monitor budgets for the Restaurant division Recruit, roster, train and supervise front‑of‑house and food preparation staff Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements Support efficient service delivery during peak periods when required Qualification & experience Applicants must meet one of the following criteria: A diploma (or higher qualification) in hospitality management or similar and at least 1 year of relevant experience; or A minimum of 3 years’ relevant managerial experience in Restaurant, Café, fast Food or Quick Service environments You will also bring: Strong leadership and customer service skills Proven ability to manage a fast‑paced retail food environment Solid understanding of food safety and WHS requirements Commercial acumen and attention to detail How to Apply Please submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining relevant experience and your availability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
