Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Fast Food Manager At Two Slices, we are excited to invite applications for a full-time (38-40 hours per week) Fast Food Manager position. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Manages staff through training, supervision, performance monitoring and roster planning. Maintains appropriate stock levels by monitoring inventory and organising replenishment. Handles customer enquiries, feedback and complaints to maintain a positive customer experience. Ensures compliance with hygiene, food safety and workplace health and safety standards. Monitors sales performance and prepares basic reports related to daily or weekly operations. Implements promotional activities or in-store initiatives to support sales growth. Liaises with suppliers and service providers to ensure reliable supply and operational support. Maintains store presentation, cleanliness and merchandising standards at all times. Requirements Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification. The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience. Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and oversee diverse teams. Excellent customer service and hospitality skills, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Proven ability in stock control, budgeting, and day‑to‑day store operations management.
