Job Type: Permanent | Full time position Job Description Umiya Investments (Metro) is seeking three experienced Fast‑Food Managers to manage and oversee the daily operations of our busy fast‑food retail establishments located in NSW locations of Lakemba, Canterbury and Belmore. We are seeking three applicants who are highly motivated and experienced as Kebab Shop Managers to lead the operations of our fast‑paced food outlets. These roles require a hands‑on leader with a strong background in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and driving business growth. An ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Management, Business, or a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience. You must display problem‑solving skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for providing superior customer service. Key Tasks Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Ensure compliance with Australian food safety, health, and hygiene regulations Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and stock control Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care Analyse and manage food and labour costs to meet financial targets Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance These full‑time roles carry a salary range of $77,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation.
