The Role We have an exciting opportunity for you to take the next step in your career We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in the Thebarton concrete order office on a fixed term contract. As the Customer Service Officer, you will play an important role in helping to achieve sales of orders delivered in full, on time, across the Adelaide concrete market while at all times delivering great customer service. This is full time position working on a rotation between 6am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday and a half day every second Saturday. Thebarton, SA concrete order office. Responsibilities Deliver a high level of customer service over the phone Answer excess of a 100 customer calls professionally and efficiently Process customer orders & processing quotes Assist the allocation team to achieve OTIF deliveries Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained What you will need to succeed Sound knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan area (desirable) Effective communication skills Ability to operate in a friendly and professional manner at all times Willingness to be part of a dynamic team Ability to prioritise and manage time Demonstrated high level computer skills A high level of focus on accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems quickly Our business Adbri Concrete is a fully owned entity of Adbri and majority owned by CRH.
