Overview St. Andrew’s Grammar is a Pre‑K to Year 12 co‑educational Independent School in Dianella. Position We are seeking a part‑time Personal Assistant to the Principal. This permanent part‑time role commences on 12 January 2026 and is normally 8:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover school holidays. Key Responsibilities Manage the Principal’s calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring effective daily management. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documentation on behalf of the Principal. Coordinate invitations and VIP engagement for school events. Collate, edit and distribute the school newsletter; oversee the design and distribution of the school year‑book. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Principal. Assist in preparation of agendas, minutes and briefing papers for meetings and committees. Reconcile the Principal’s credit cards, purchases and supplies. Provide general administrative support to catering and events across the wider school community. Perform other duties as directed by the Principal. What We Are Looking For Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or in an educational administration role. Proactive, flexible, and effective interpersonal skills. Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Executive Assistance or a related field (desirable). Experience in a school or community organisation with a cultural or faith‑based ethos (desirable). Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong customer service focus and professional presentation. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with desktop publishing software and school management systems such as Synergetic or School Box (desirable). Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality. Benefits & Additional Information Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). On‑site parking.
